ACT Nomination Program Closed to Overseas Applicants until 1 July 2016

The ACT migration program is now closed to all overseas residents. Please note that applications that are currently lodged will continue to be processed. This action does not have an impact on applicants who are based in Canberra.

Overseas applicants will be entitled to apply for ACT nomination from 1 July 2016 subject to meeting the nomination criteria.
